CMS offers a full and comprehensive 24 hour callout service that caters for all trades.
We are happy to provide a make safe only service. However if possible we always prefer to cure any problems during one visit rather than rolling the same problem into another day which causes extra stress and costs for our clients.
All out of hours enquires are received at our call out centre, and then allocated to the relevant tradesmen. Our tradesmen then relay the report back to our call out centre so we can give the client an up to date status.
We are always happy to discuss a client’s individual requirements to ensure that they receive the best and most economical emergency service according to their needs.
