CMS was formed on the 4th January 1991 initially as electrical installation contractors specialising in the social housing sector providing planned and reactive maintenance.
In August 1998 we expanded to take in all forms of reactive and responsive building maintenance.
Being a smaller family run business we have never taken our eye off the needs of our clients and offer to tailor-make any system that clients require.
Clients are extremely different in their requirements and hardly ever require the same systems. Many larger maintenance companies provide similar services but they expect their clients to fit in with their existing contracts.
