We are committed to standards of excellence in the field of health and safety at every stage of the construction process. Resident Liaison Officers work closely with Site Managers to protect residents from risks during construction work. External safety training is provided for managers and supervisors. This is reviewed annually when a training plan is drawn up for each individual. A Visiting Safety Advisor, whose duties include regular site safety inspections and reports, is employed and there is an annual audit programme of the safety function.
